Master of Engineering, MEng (Engineering Management)

The MEng degree program is designed to meet the unique needs of professional engineers, and it is delivered entirely online. In this practice-oriented degree program, students can customize their learning experience by selecting a curriculum that addresses their academic and professional goals.
Multiple emphasis areas are available in this master’s degree program. Within each area of study are specific course requirements, in addition to the general program requirements.

Admission Requirements

Applicants are eligible to apply to the program if they have earned a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the desired field of study from a regionally accredited institution.
Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale is 4.00 = “A”) in the last 60 credit hours of their first bachelor’s degree program, or applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 (scale is 4.00 = “A”) in an applicable master’s degree program.

Proof of English proficiency: (TOEFL>90 iBT, IELTS>7.0, Pearson Test of English>68, Duolingo>125), all taken within the last two years from start date.
Official transcripts from every college or institution attended, including your current institution. Must submit original transcripts and English translated transcripts.

CALC I & II with a grade of ‘B’ or better prior to applying to the program.

Statement of Purpose

Deficiency Courses: Please see below for a list of the current Deficiency Courses required for admission. At the time of application there should be no more than three deficiency courses pending.

Statistics (IEE 380: Probability and Statistics for Engineering Problem Solving)

*Students can meet the deficiency by enrolling in that course at ASU or their local institution, taking as Calc-based statistics course somewhere else or successfully passing this deficiency exam.
