MS Organizational Leadership

In the Master in Organizational Leadership offers a theoretically and methodologically rigorous approach to studying and creating use-inspired research needed to impact organizational leadership. Students explore areas such as organizational dynamics, institutional evolution, strategic change, leading diverse teams, collaborative governance, conflict mediation, critical problem-solving, leadership assessment and they learn advanced methodological and statistical skills.
The program places special emphasis on learning best practices and other applied aspects of leading organizations.

The College of Integrative Sciences and Arts (CISA) prepares students to become master learners, interdisciplinarians, and solutions-makers ready to apply their knowledge and skills to serve their communities and the world. CISA offers majors and foundational courses across the sciences, math, humanities, and social sciences, with degrees in specialized fields such as technical communication, user experience, sustainable horticulture, natural-resource ecology, pre-veterinary medicine and counseling psychology.
